INSPECTION/TESTING DETAILS
- Visual inspection of all weld joints of primary and secondary application structures.
- Ultrasonic inspection on weld joints of primary and secondary application structures.
- Magnetic particle inspection on weld joints of primary and secondary application structures.
- Pneumatic testing of water tight compartments as per ABS rules.
- Surface NDT and volumetric NDT on cantilever and sub base structures.
Vacuum box testing of full penetration joints on weld joints of primary and secondary application structures
